Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

We understand plans change. To ensure fairness for all clients and service providers, the following cancellation policy applies. 

Cancellations

More than 14 Days Before Service 

  • Full refund of deposit. 

8–14 Days Before Service 

  • Deposit is non-refundable. 
  • One complimentary reschedule permitted. 

7 Days or Less Before Service 

  • Deposit is forfeited. 
  • Additional fees may apply if staffing or materials have already been purchased. 

Within 48 Hours of Service 

  • Client may be responsible for up to 100% of the scheduled service amount. 

Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule once without penalty when requested more than 7 days before the service date. 

Additional reschedules may be subject to a $50 administrative fee. 

All new dates are subject to availability. 

No-Show Policy

If Prep & Wrapping arrives at the scheduled location and cannot access the property or the Client is unavailable: 

  • A $100 no-show fee may apply. 
  • The booking may be considered completed and non-refundable. 

Company Cancellation

If Prep & Wrapping must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, the Client will receive: 

  • A full refund of all payments made; or 
  • The option to reschedule at no additional charge. 

Holiday Peak Season Policy

Bookings between November 15 and December 31 are considered Peak Season appointments. 

Due to extremely high demand: 

  • Deposits are non-refundable. 
  • Reschedules are subject to availability. 
  • Same-week cancellations may be charged up to the full booking amount.
