Service Agreement
SERVICE AGREEMENT
Effective Date: June 5, 2026
This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Prep & Wrapping LLC (“Company”) and the client listed on the booking confirmation (“Client”).
By booking services with Prep & Wrapping, Client agrees to the terms outlined below.
1. SERVICES
Prep & Wrapping provides luxury holiday concierge services, including but not limited to:
- Gift Wrapping
- Holiday Prep Services
- Tree Decorating
- Shopping Services
- Event Styling
- Takedown & Storage
- Holiday Concierge Services
- Custom Requests
Specific services, dates, times, and pricing will be outlined in the Client’s booking confirmation.
2. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
The Client agrees to:
- Provide accurate contact information.
- Ensure access to the property during the scheduled service window.
- Secure pets, valuables, and fragile items not related to the service.
- Provide a safe working environment.
- Notify Prep & Wrapping of any special instructions before the service date.
Prep & Wrapping reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if conditions are deemed unsafe.
3. PAYMENT TERMS
A deposit is required to reserve a booking.
Remaining balances are due according to the payment terms outlined in the Deposit Policy.
Accepted payment methods include:
- Credit Card
- Debit Card
- Apple Pay
- Other approved electronic payment methods
4. SERVICE CHANGES
Requests for modifications to booked services must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
Additional services requested after booking may be subject to availability and additional fees.
5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Prep & Wrapping may coordinate services through third-party vendors or contractors when necessary.
Prep & Wrapping is not responsible for delays, damages, or issues caused by third-party vendors beyond its reasonable control.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Prep & Wrapping shall not be liable for:
- Pre-existing damage to property
- Manufacturer defects
- Delays caused by weather, traffic, vendor shortages, or other circumstances beyond our control
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Client agrees that total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services provided.
7. PHOTO RELEASE
Prep & Wrapping may photograph completed work for marketing purposes.
No identifying information or personal items will be shared without consent.
Client may opt out in writing prior to service.
8. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
9. ACCEPTANCE
By booking services and submitting payment, Client acknowledges and agrees to this Agreement.
